The nutritional content depends on the mix you create (how’s that for stating the obvious? :-)) When you design your own mix online, you can automatically see a nutritional calculator so you know exactly where you stand as far as calories and macronutrients go. So you can make adjustments according to your dietary needs (if you’re into tracking that sort of thing like I am).
Oh, and to answer your question, my granola mix label says there’s 31 grams per serving.
