Great pumpkin & spice

Charlie Brown: Hey! I got an invitation to a Halloween party!
Lucy Van Pelt: Is the invitation to Violet’s party, Charlie Brown?
Charlie Brown: Yes. It’s the first time I’ve been invited to a party.
Lucy Van Pelt: Charlie Brown, if you got an invitation, it was a mistake. There were two lists, Charlie Brown: one to invite, and one not to invite. You must have been put on the wrong list.

There is no mistaking this one, you are all cordially invited to my Pumpkin & Spice Party where I am serving…

IMG_4326Great Pumpkin & Spice Pudding

  • 3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 1 T Nutmeg
  • 1/4 t Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Stevia or Splenda to taste

Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled. Makes 1 serving.

Now, I’m off to go mingle with my other guests. Enjoy!

Linus: You’ve heard of the fury of a woman scorned, haven’t you?
Charlie Brown: Yeah, I guess have.
Linus:
Well, that’s nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of trick-or-treats.
Joanna:
No woman or man will feel tricked out of treats with this recipe. This pumpkin protein-packed pudding tastes like Fall without making you fall off your diet, Blockhead.

I. Love. Pumpkin. Things. Maybe this is a more healthy alternative to the Starbuck’s pumpkin spice latte that I’ve been getting every day for the past…2 weeks.
