		<description>Hi guys! If you don&#039;t have protein powder in the house...you can sub whole wheat flour....I&#039;m sure that would work well, too.

KIIM! 9 times out of 10 I bake with coconut oil! I&#039;ll try this recipe with coconut instead of canola and report back. I have another fun recipe I&#039;m playing around with that I&#039;ll post soon that I&#039;ll definitely make w/ coconut oil (now that I have my first request! ;-)). In the meantime, here is a link to a few other pumpkin recipes with coconut oil that you might enjoy:
