A Whole Latte Protein

IMG_5181Too cold for a protein shake? Here’s a way to get your protein and your latte or hot chocolate fix all in one.

A Whole Latte Protein

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 8 ounces of water (room temperature or cold)

Mix ingredients together in your Magic Bullet or shaker. Pour into a coffee cup and microwave for 60 seconds.

For a shot of caffeine, try replacing the water with coffee, but make sure the coffee is around room temperature so it does not create clumps.

Now, I’m off to Fitness & Spicebucks for another Venti Non-fat Protein Latte.

I hope you have a grande!

Thats good stuff, I love choco-latte shakes. I usually put instant coffee in my shakes! Its nice and easy especially when you are trying to make one quickly since you don’t have to wait to brew.
