I might be a light weight but I still like to have a good drink or two every now and then. So when I was grocery shopping a few months ago I did a U-turn after spotting Function Drinks in the sports drink aisle. I mean really, who wouldn’t want a drink called Night Life?
Initially, Function Drinks set out to design a line of beverages to improve the lives of their family and friends. Dr. Alex Hughes discovered that with the right technical capabilities he could incorporate all natural ingredients used everyday in hospitals into drinks with extraordinary functionality.
What kind of functionality you ask? Function Drinks says each drink has a purpose, for example, they say some drinks boost immunity, one increases energy, another ignites metabolism, one improves memory (I think?), and one just helps you recover.
Function Drinks now has a great tasting line up consisting of 10 flavors and can be found in many grocery store chains. I found my Function Drinks at Super Target and Whole Foods.
So far I’ve had too many bottles of Function Light Weight to count. I’ve enjoyed every ounce of Light Weight in Blueberry Raspberry and Açaí Pomegranate flavors. I love the taste of the Function Light Weight line and the fact that they are low calorie and loaded with EGCG, Resveratrol, Vitamin D, and Calcium.
If you want to give Function Light Weight a shot you’re in luck! Function Drinks is giving away a case of Function Light Weight to 2 lucky Fitness & Spice readers.

Now, I must go, I need a Vacation.
