Princess Charming

jewelry_charms_stamped_43_medium-1What do you do?

A. Lift Weights

B. Run

C. Yoga

D. Swim

E. Bike

F. Some or all of the above

If you picked A, B, C, D, E, or even F there’s something for you at Lift Your Sole.

My friend Lauren first introduced me to Jill at Lift Your Sole a few months ago and so far I’ve purchased two charms from her, the BE STRONG charm pictured here and a 3-charmer that’s stamped FITNESS AND SPICE! So now I am more charming than ever!

Lift Your Sole not only features fitness-focused stamped and engraved necklace charms, but rings and cuffs, too. Weight training is kind of my thing, but they carry a lot of great messages for you swimmers, bikers, runners, and yoga fans, too.

Want to create a custom charm like my FITNESS AND SPICE necklace? You can do that, too!

Guess what? One lucky Fitness & Spice reader is going to WIN any piece of jewelry under $24 from Lift Your Sole! Here’s how you enter the drawing:

In the comments section below tell us:

  • How you answered “What do you do?”
  • And, if you were to order a custom charm what would it say?

The contest will stay open until Tuesday, October 27th at 11:59 P.M. and the winner will be announced on Wednesday.

Now, I really must run, Prince Charming might be waiting for me at the gym!

I love these I have since Lauren had a contest on them. Not sure of any of the above I can do right now (although I have always wanted to do yogo but it is a bit hard to do with my bum arm lol). I would have to go with a walking charm. I am very good at walking and love it. It is so good to go out side and just power walk and think, lol although don’t know how much I can power walk anymore lol.
Anyway I would want my charms to read “Walker At Heart”.

I do A, B, & C. Plus E if Spinning counts as “Bike”. My DH and I used to bike pre-kids, but now a family bike ride means that one of us gets to really move along with our 6 yo who cranks on his bike, and the other toddles along with our 4 yo on her training wheels. I usually end up doing the latter.
My charm would read, “Live Well”.

A. Lift weights!
And my charm would say “A Good Seed” A wonderful friend of mine committed suicide when we were 18. In my freshman yearbook he wrote that I was one of the good ones, “a good seed.” Really, he was the good seed. I only wish he had been given the chance to grow. My charm would be a constant reminder to always be the person he thought I was–the kind of person the world has one less of now.
