Hi Joanna! Nice post...terrific"Credo" by her...applies to everyone, IMHO. I have a "Bodyweight Exercise" DVD by Alwyn Cosgrove which features Rachel doing a lot of the exercises and she nails them! Love his New Rules Of Lifting book...assuming her book will be equally awesome!
Thanks! :)

I love this "Fit Female Credo", especially the last one, which is what about 90% of my clients need to hear! I am SO SO SO sick of their lame excuses! Ugh. They get more and more pathetic everyday. Rest and relaxation is also important, but only if you get that exercise in :) Well, it's important either way, but exercise first!

Wow - she is just amazing. Both in appearance and in spirit. I must have been under a rock because I don't think I'd ever heard of her. I've read those magazines but must not have noticed who wrote the articles!!

Joanna,
I find the whole Cosgrove family to be very inspiring. A regular workout routine I've used over the last couple of years comes from a book her husband, Alwyn Cosgrove, co-authored. I have kept up with Rachel in the past, when she was competing in triathlons (maybe she still is?). Anyway, I have a high level of confidence that this book is spot on!
