The Twelve Days of Fitness
On the twelfth day of Fitness my trainer gave to me…
Twelve loads of lunging
Eleven reps of benching
Ten perfect push-ups
Nine dreadful deadlifts
Eight million military presses
Seven sweet potatoes
Six P-A-C-K Abs!
Five kettlebell swings
Four egg whites
Three french curls
Two dumbbells and
A happy and healthy body!
