I have been working my butt off for a year now, eating right, and exercising most every day and have not cheated (I would only be cheating my self) I started out at 275+ pounds (maybe closer to 300) and a 49 inch waist and 38% body fat. Today I am at 225 pounds, 43 inch waist and 26% body Fat. Today I am healthier, my knee pain is gone, my spouse and kids are all eating healthier and I am breaking the cycle of obeasity in myself and hopefully for my kids and grand babies. I have to go now! Training for a 10K Mud Run in June!
