		<description>The part of my body that needs the Tune-Up is my upper back &amp; shoulders.  I am constantly doing yoga &amp; other forms of stretching to work this area, and it does help, but it just tightens up again.  Having to spend 1 1/2 hours in the car every day doesn&#039;t help! :o</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve lost 136.5 lbs.  To achieve my goal, I run 3.2 miles per day.  This is very hard on my legs.  The part of my body I&#039;d use the Yoga Balls on is my legs.  My legs are very sore after my daily run.  I could REALLY use these.  Thanks.  Howard</description>
