Fitness Fudge

There are a few ways my fitness fudge and football are alike, for instance:

My fudge has 4 ingredients, football has 4 quarters.

My fudge has nuts, football stadiums are packed with nuts.

My fudge will score you some brownie points, football players will score you some extra points.

And…both can make any day better in a snap.

Fitness & Spice fans, here is my no-bake recipe for…

Fitness (& no spice) Fudge

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

In a microwave safe bowl mix together the almond milk and chocolate protein powder. Add in the peanut butter and chocolate chips, stir, and microwave for about 20 seconds or until the chocolate chips begin to melt slightly. Stir the mixture together and pour into a small glass dish. Since this recipe only makes about 6 pieces of fudge, I just poured the mixture into 1/4 of the 9×13 glass dish sprayed with a bit of baking spray. Refrigerate until half time or about 45 minutes.

Now I really must go kick off my workout and clean out my super bowl!

YUM! Great recipe Joanna. I love your short and “sweet” recipes. I am doing some major cooking today with my mom and if we have time I am definitely going to try these!! If not today, sometime, for sure.

Have a great weekend!

My mom pointed me to this recipe tonight; I made them up after dinner and just wondered, did I manage to do something wrong, or are they supposed to be really soft?

I did use unsweetened baker’s chocolate so there would be no sugar, and added some milk chocolate flavored stevia to sweeten them (though I think I’d like them even more with just a little more sweetness to them!). I also added a few raisins. SO YUMMY!
