		<description>Every single day of my life, I have a super thick smoothie- in a bowl- with some nut butter on a spoon and a sprinkle of some crunchy cereal.  Gets me through my workouts and keeps me full.  TOTALLY works for me.  Love uncle sam! So many great colors/textures in it!  And they have single serve packs that I spread over the course of a few days for which I am a TOTAL sucker!! :-)</description>

IN fact, I&#039;ve been hard-boiling a dozen eggs each week so I can put one in my lunch box every other day (or every day.)  I just LOVE them!  I put mustard on top to add flavor .
