		<description>I use non-strained non-fat Greek yogurt as the perfect substitute for sour cream.  I put it on baked potatoes.  This weekend, we put it on our fajitas....
So, it makes sense to me that if you strain it, it becomes cream cheese.  I&#039;ll try it!</description>
