I would add nutritional yeast, some pre-rinsed quinoa, some coconut oil, and maybe a nice moisturizer. I love all of the Bob’s and Artisana stuff that they carry… mmm. Pecan butter is so good!

I love to order the NOW french vanilla liquid stevia and Artisana coconut oil and/or butter! I probably would order more Chia seeds or a Bob’s Red Mill flour (brown rice or garbanzo).
I love Iherb!! ‘And I can only do the assisted push ups for now (on my knees) as I have zero upper body strength – but I am getting better!

PUSH UPS COMPLETE!!! You should see my AK-47s! SHABAM! I think I might do some sit ups now too… since I am motivated and all :P I need a bullet proof STOMACH right?
Oh and my iHerb cart would be FILLED TO THE BRIM with NuNaturals NuStevia, PURE White Stevia Extract. I live on that stuff, It’s a GOD SEND.

I will get few packets of Super Seed Blend from Navitas Natural, it gathers all the omega power in a pack (Chia seeds, flax seeds, brown rice). Not to forget the Simply Acai from Madre Labs, that’s where I get my dose of antioxidants everyday!
Oh, not to forget probiotics from Jarrows Formulas! My life cant be healthier without them!
