The Reward System

You did a good job. You had a great workout. You ate healthy all weekend. You landed that big contract. You aced your test. You ran your first 10K.

Good for you.

Now what?

Now I really must go finish my workout and run to Starbucks a victory lap!

YES to that! Well, for me, I had oral surgery today so I guess a couple days off – which for me is good. I need to be forced other than my regular 2 days off per week! ;-)

i’m like a dog, but i don’ recommend actually ingesting any of those dog-biscuits shaped like little bones. Slightly embarrassed to say i did try once and they’re awfully salty.
